Michael Levin has a bit of work on display here in L.A. His prints are the only ones, of those mentioned, i've seen up close. Stunning.

I've just gotten back from Hoflehner's exhibition in the Atlas gallery, London. With majestic prints in various sizes, its certainly worth a visit... though I do wish they used different lights/glass in the gallery - the reflections really bugged me.
