Jorge's Brush Development Technique--Where did it go?

I am looking for a thread on brush development where Jorge delineated his process, but I can't find it (after searching). It is referenced in this thread ((there was a url link here which no longer exists)), but I can't find the earlier thread they are talking about. If someon could help me out I would really appreciate it.
