I need to chime in and agree with all the others that Jon is a very nice guy. I have bought more than a few seal kits from him and some have arrived before I have managed to mail the $10. His instruction sheets are about the best I've ever seen, and the seals have always been a perfect fit. It was the quality of his instructions that gave me the courage to tackle my first seal replacement job. He's a great guy and will always have my business.
