In fact, though Jobo tells you the 3005 can accommodate only five sheets of 5x7 film, I always run 10 sheets through it. How? Tape the long edges of two 5x7 sheets together (on the base side, of course!) and put them into a single tank tube as if they were a single 7x10 sheet of film. I use ordinary cellophane tape.
The only problem with this is that the antihalation dyes under the tape do not wash away during the development stage, so you have to wash the negatives unjoined, outside the tank, for 30-45 minutes until the dyes wash off. But that seems like a small price to pay, to be able to double the tank capacity for 5x7 negatives.
