Hi All, I have just tested my rescently aquired Jobo ATL-2 + and it all worked fine except the liquid wouldn't pump out of bottle 2:sad:

I removed the bottle and inspected it but couldn't see anything obviously wrong with it...Then I swapped it with bottle 6 to eliminate leaks on the air or outlet pipe in position 2....The fault went with the bottle and it wouldn't empty in position 6. I also swapped the caps but that didn't make any difference. The only thing I can think of is that the rubber gasket around the air nipple is leaking. Any ideas lads?

Also are the reclaim bottles at the front standard 1L Jobo bottles?

Thanks in advance...Cheers Dave

Yep, air pump failure and botle gasket failure are the usual culprits. I'm not sure if Jobo parts are still available; in the US, Omega/Satter took over the Jobo line but not sure they're still servicing them. Don't know anything about UK service.

You might be able to find a usable O-ring gasket at a hardware store. It simply has to fit so that when the cover of the machine presses down on the plunger in the bottle lid, the gasket seals against the bottle mouth rim.

Hi Mike, I swapped the lids and it didn't cure the problem!
Cheers Dave

I was thinking of putting some bathroom silicon sealant around the grommet or is that too extreme?

Cheers Dave
