JOBO ATL3 - slow motor spin/cant regulate

Hi

im troubleshooting my ATL3 - slow drum motor. It spins at constatnt speed no matter the setting or program. No error message from the machine. I have checked everything, cables, fuses, i have measured resistors. I have checked the motor and gearbox, nothig wrong. Cleaned the brushes inside at least. Everything esle works, im able to develop but with very slow motor its not exactly great ...
Im wondering if anyone here came across this issue and maybe found solution ? Im in contact with Fred, but so far no luck finding whats wrong.

See if you can find a schematic for the ATL-3 somewhere. I did find a service manual with a block diagram, but that's not detailed enough. Based on the schematic, you can perform diagnosis, tracking down the problem.
