I have a problem with my JOBO ATL 2PLUS processor. I had the processor stored for a year. When I put it away, the machine was working fine. I decided to set it up again to do some film processing. Everything seems to be working except that the machine won't pump out the chemistry. (Once the machine reaches the correct temperature the tank gets filled with the pre-wash but after the pre- wash it won't pump out the chemistry.) The manual explains that this problem is due to one of three factors: the water isn't on, no chemistry in the bottles or the chemistry bottle caps aren't tight enough. However, the water is on, there is chemistry in the bottles and the caps are definitely tight enough.
Has anyone experienced this problem and, if so, how did you solve it? I spoke to someone at Omega-Satter - -the new distributors of JOBO products - - and they weren't able to help me.

"We" just went through this with an ATL 2300

Bad seals (O-Rings) around the temp prob(s), air and/or chemical delivery tube(s) at the bottle(s) can cause this problem..
