Jobo ATL 2 + Questions

Hi all Sorry to be a pest on this group. I have recently purchased a Jobo ATL 2 + processor but I think I am having a trouble trying to get the thing to start up. After programing the unit I ran through a test cycle with water and cleaner to clean up the unit which worked ok by pressing the start button 3 times which showed 1st the time taken for the process and then the number of the program which I then pressed start. After a process had finished I tried to run another process with the 640ml tank and all it would do when I pressed start would show the time taken for the process but would switch off again. Do I have a controller problem here or is this normal.

Have you checked the JOBO USA site- it has large amounts of FREE downloadable info (manuals and troubleshooting guides) that may not be there for much longer as JOBO USA is closing down. To JOBO's credit- I sent them a tech. question a couple of weeks ago and received a quick and friendly (seemed like business as usual) reply so you should do the same with your questions. They are auctioning their very own JOBO office ATL-2 Plus on eBAY right now- starting bid $1000.00.

Thanks for the heads-up on that.

I found out that it is to do with the amount of chemistry in the tanks. Which acts as a safety measure.
