Jobo ALT-1500 work without heating

Dear everyone!
I've bought a Jobo ALT-1500 but since i turned on, the machine's heater doesn't work.and the RED LED on down motherboard doesn't light on. Read on 4room, some guys sad there's a way to reset the heater, but a can't see any button for this step, please help!

From the instruction manual:

11.1 Overload Reset

The Autolab ATL-1500 does not contain any replaceable fuses. In case of overload an internal circuit breaker will automatically switch off power top the unit. To reset the circuit breaker switch the ATL-1500 off with ON/OFF switch (#10) and wait a few minutes. The unit can then be switched back on. if the ATL-1500 continues to blow the circuit breaker , unplug the unit and contact JOBO service.​

I think your unit is probably faulty.

FWIW, if you are handy with a soldering iron, it may be worth replacing all the capacitors on the PSU assembly. I had an intermittent fault where my unit would power off mid cycle which I resolved in this way. Clearly do this at your own risk.

I have found out the reason and fixed it! There's Chemistry's themasensor has stoped, and work perfectly now after i changed. And also got support from guys who Jobo's Techn! So great! Thank you all
