Jobo Alpha Developer

The instructions for this developer state that a minimum of 6 ml concentrate is required, per film. Does anybody know what "per film" actually means? Can I assume it's the industry standard of 80 sq in of film?

Is expect this to be an entirely safe and sensible assumption.
