Not sure if I should put this here or one of the Darkroom groups....
I have accumulated several Jobo 1000 series developing tanks, and Igot a couple out the other day while planning to deal with some 127 film. (the 1500reels don't have a chick stop for 127)
I was noticing that their seems to be two different series of reels, and two different threaded caps for the 1000 series.
in the reels, some of them have a "ramp"simalar to the 1500 reels, while others have what I would call a spike, about 1 cm long that marks the entrance of the film channel.
some of the caps have a double entrance with the place when the solutions are poured out all arrong the Outsode edge, while others have 3 openings, with one the full height of the cap and the others down near the rest of the input funnel.
finaly some have a red push on cap, while others have a white push on cap with a red dot.
since I got these used, I am wondering if their is a prefered conbination, or it the changes just happened over time.
the two sides of the "Spike" reels don't fit together with the side of the "Ramp" reels when reassembling them out of the wash.
or am I being way too observant?
