Would Jean-Baptiste Gustave Le Gray have embraced Photoshop had it been available in his time?

No he would have been a charter member of APUG. Le Gray is a Jerry Uelsmann type who btw still uses analogue material but is knowledgeable in the digital arts. In all likelihood not even Rejlander would use photoshop.
