I hope all is well with them. They responded promptly to my order this summer, provided e-mail confirmation of the order, shipped quickly and responded quickly to an e-mail asking about procedures for using Neofin Blau.

I also heard from John, the dealy was caused by their extra large shipment getting bogged down in customs
