I recall reading somewhere that there were issues with early Apo-Aspheric 90mm Summicron-M and focussing at infinity.

What is the real issue with a lens that does this ? Is the sharpness limited ? Is the lens a dog ?

Your opinions are welcome
Thanks ...

Are you talking about RF or SLR?

RF lense might have focusing problems if serviced and reassembled incorrectly, it's always important to calibrate them with the RF at max and minimum distance.

Their are no issues with the 90mm APO Summicron-M. It's one of the the world's best lenses. If there are focus issues it's, as cuthbert suggests, due to an individual lens being out of adjustment. A CLA will take care of that.
