We just had a terrible outage folks. Fortunately our server is fine. The issue was at the isp data center. A piece of equipment caught fire, the building extinguished it, and everyone was evacuated. The fire dept. kept it clear for a while adding to the delay. They then had to repair several electrical systems in the lab. We sat dead in the water for hours until a new transformer arrived. Just wanted people to know it was not an issue with our software or server, but an issue at the isp end. These things are unfortunate and rare, but it's over now and we should be back to business.
