I believe so. It covers a number of different specific cameras but these end up essentially being camera types. So, what you can learn about the specific camera can, for the most part, also be applied to other cameras that are like it.
For example, if you learn how to repair a Fed 2 (it's in the book), even though a Leica III is somewhat different, nothing will be unfamiliar. There will be little tricky things specific to other cameras, but you have to learn to watch out for those, anyway.
