I discovered it by chance, and at 10 USD for a paperback copy, it's affordable too. At the moment, I'm away from home, and can't compare old vs new English-language editions to see whether this is a reprint of the earlier, out-of-print book, or a new, English-language translation:

Based on a 1961 text, you're not going to find any hints regarding electronics, and unless new content has been added, neither will you find mention of Zenit-E, which didn't arrive on the scene until late late 1960s. But often, there's enough commonality between older and newer models, to make the book relevant even when working on newer cameras, such as a Zenit 212 or 412, both of which were produced as late as 2005.
