It looks to me tempting because of battery packs. I belive it is Chinese made equipment (having price in mind), so you can't expect Bowens or even Multiblitz quality, but as it can be used on location as well as indoors, I would be attracted only because battery packs included in price.
Saying that, I do have 3 Chinese made flashes I bought in Europe (2x160WS and 1x320Ws), they work as I expected, and I am OK with them. Especially having in mind price I payed. And mine don't have those battery packs.
Other portable option is to buy on camera flashes, infrared cells for every flash and infrared trigger for camera. You can mount all flashes on light stands, and you can buy umbrella mounting gadget, that is you mount umbrella holder on stand, flash on holder and umbrella also on holder. Kaiser and Hama have those holders. Will you have power changing option depend of which flashes you get. If you get flashes with that option, OK, if not, you can move flashes to front and back and change flash power that way. Of course, you need lots of batteries for all those flashes
In this setup you can't use softbox, only umbrellas, but if you make something for mounting softboxes, or find to buy, then great.
