Is this recticulation?

I'm wondering if this is an example of reticulation:

How much temperature difference would cause this problem with Tri-X 320?
I may have let the was temperature vary from 80-100f to 65f.

Sort of - its reticulation. Your temperature variation did the job.

Agree with Pete. You shocked the emulsion with a quick temp change. Perhaps you let your wash water get really hot and then cold.
