Is this Bleach and fix or Blix?

Hello guys,

I bought this tetenal c-41 5 liter kit from freestylephoto link below and it comes with one 1000ml bleach fix part A and one 1000ml bleach fix part B and I'm suppose to mix them together. I was wondering if I could use the Part A as a bleach and part B as a fix? Or Do I have to mix them and use it as blix? I've heard it's better for film to use separate bleach and fix.

Hahahahaa!

I did ask this before once when I was new regarding E-6 Blix. There are crossover components between part A and B so they need to be mixed to fully work. I wish it weren't so...
