Is there such thing as a foggy weather app or a website?

Lately, I want to take foggy day photography and I have no idea how to guess a foggy day. Do you have any tips?

The weather forecast and the humidity are usually pretty good indicators. Fog is just a cloud that is on the ground. It happens because the air becomes too cool to hold the water vapor it contains, and the relative humidity goes to 100%. When that happens, the water vapor condenses on the dust that is in the air and presto! You have fog.

You didn't indicate in your profile where you live. Here in the midwestern US, weather.com is a pretty good online source for the weather forecast. They can usually predict fog a few hours in advance. YMMV.

Dew point is a related incicator. The dew point is the temperature at which the air becomes fully saturated (realtive humidity rises to 100%). So if the temperature drops below the dew point then some of the water vapour will condense into droplets, giving fog. So look for days/places/times when the temperature is close to the dew point.

Also, you can expect the temperature to decrease approximately 3 F per 1000 feet of altitude (this is approximate and depends on the precise weather conditions). So if the predicted temperature is 3 F above the dew point, then on hills 1000 foot higher the temperature should have reached the dew point giving fog.

Weatherbug elite, not sure if the regular one has it but you can view semi-live web camera feeds from their weather stations in the area to check outside weather conditions and you can gauge the fog I assume with that.

It will also indicate if there are fog conditions and visibility as well in the general forecast.

Also, clear nights are a good time for fog. I live in probably the foggiest town in this country and clear nights are a good indicator

Yep. Just move here. Fog is the norm most of the year. It's nature's softbox and I love it. Nothing
like an afternoon out on Pt Reyes with the fog playing cat and mouse with the lighting. But this soft
coastal fog is a very different animal than the miserable clammy tule fog which occurs in the Central Valley of Calif in the winter, which is so dangerous to drive in. Roman Loranc did some of his most memorable shots in tule fog, out in the Valley swamplands. The normal weather forecasts around
here typically give fog reports for the various microclimates.
