Is there an interchangeable back camera that isn't such of a hassle?

like with all apparatus you need some 'Fingerspitzengefühl'...
But I can reassure you, the Hasselblad is one of the easiest cameras to load and unload film (I had a Mamiya before)!
And, as already said here, regular maintenance and servicing is important, just like with all mechanical equipment.
I have mine, mainly all the elements, which I bought new between 1980 -'85, CLA'd on about an average of every 5 years.
It's not the mechanics it selves who are the problem, but rather the oil and/or the grease that deteriorates, and the plastic light seals too.
