I think the only option is to use a locking cable release.
1. Set your lens at B.
2. Press the cable release knob and then turn the screw or the lock collar to keep the cable release down.
3. Use an external timer like your phone or a watch.
4. At 30 min., unscrew the lock collar, and the shutter will close.

Yes. This is pretty much the go-to method for pinhole photographers, too! Phones are with us virtually 24/7 and features like the Timer have been a boon over the clumsy and easily lost athletic stopwatches that were common before them.
The longest exposure I have made was 45 minutes. Always pack a chair and some munchies if you're expecting a loooong exposure.
