Im trying to find the official eye cup for XD11 and I have yet to find anything in the system brochures that show the part number. I saw one in a 1982 catalog but didnt show any numbers so I can search for it. I know the EH-7 will 'fit' but I dont know if that is the correct one made for that camera. Do any of you Minolta enthusiasts know what literature would have this k ind of information? Thanks.
You are looking for some kind of a "Real" Minolta part.?
Otherwise...IME.....the same Eye-Cup fits THAT camera, my X-570, my Olympus OM1n, and my Canon AT-1.
I got them on Ebay.....made sure they had "recessed" screws.

It is all the same part. Minolta never made eye cups.
Just like Nike does not make shoe laces, or shoes for that matter. They are all made in one of a few factories, and then Factory XYZ stamp whatever brand name is appropriate.
Might be interesting to buy the dealer catalog from the period:
181934 MINOLTA DEALER NOTEBOOK PRODUCT CATALOG, MARCH 1981, COVERS ALL OF THEIR PHOTOGRAPHIC PRODUCTS AND BINOCULARS, WITH A MINOLTA X-570 BROCHURE TAPED INSIDE THE FRONT COVER, LOOKS EX $95.00 https://www.pacificrimcamera.com/catalog/bx41.htm
I have no association with the seller. Minolta marketed eyecups in Minolta packaging with Minolta part numbers. I don't know if the XD-11 had a specific eyecup at the time. The dealer catalog (above) seems like a good place to check.
