Is there a good writeup on printing Ilfochrome/Cibachrome?

I want to do color but not normal C-41. I am trying to plan the new darkroom in the basement and thought Ilfochrome sounded nice, I know it is expensive, but it does seem to command a higher price in galleries.

My question is, is there a good online resource for how tos and tips for Ilfochrome?
