Hi ,

I read in the RHdesigns Analyser pro manual that the Analyser is standard calibrated for Ilford Multigrade MG IV rc paper.
But I see at my Belgian supplier that this type of paper is not available anymore and also yet replaced by the Ilford MG V paper.

Is the Analyser also calibrated for this type of paper ( Ilford Multigrade MG V)?

Thanks and kind regards,

Yes, my copy was calibrated for the newer MG V paper upon delivery, with MG V being the default paper using paper channel PAP1.

You can confirm the actual calibration settings as described in the manual where it details the process to input your own calibrations, as this also lets you review the calibration data that's been pre-loaded from the factory. If the values in the analyser match those shown in the RH Designs calibration information on their website, you should be good to go with their canned profile values. If your analyser doesn't match their settings, it's relatively straightforward to update it using their instructions.
