Is Kentmere 100 Repackaged FP4?

I'm planning my next order from Freestyle, and am wondering if Kentmere 100 is repackaged FP4?

If not, any opinions on Kentmere?

No it's a different film. It'll share some characteristics as you'd expect as it's made by the same company.
