Is it OK to store Tin Types in negative sleeves?

Howdy Folks,

Firstly, I shot my first ever Tin Types yesterday! I did a local workshop and had a ball. I most certainly think I will be doing them again, thats for sure.

Anyhow, I want to file away my plates. My first thought would be to put them in 4x5 negative sleeves and lie them flat. Is that OK? They have been varnished with Gum Sandarac.
