I'm not really sure why you would want to do this. It's not very safe.
Okay, I now understand. They are quite robust, so as long as you're not going to be twisting it sideways at the same time, you should be fine.It's just easier to grab it out of my bag by the prism the way I have things arranged.

I still remember the picture showing him lifting a full-grown beagle by his/her ears.
