Is Hypo Check a good test for C-41 Fixer?

Can (B&W) Hypo Check be used to test the condition of C-41 Fixer? Specifically, the Kodak Flexcolor fixer.

There are different fixer testers, but if you refer to Edwal Hypo Tester, this one should work.

perhaps, but C41 fixer is so cheap, it's better to use it one-shot if you can.
