I got this 35mm E-6 film from either a friend or from eBay a long time ago. It has been sitting in my refrigerator for a long time.. On the canister is says Fujichrome 400 and I'm not aware of any E-6 ISO 400 film except Provia 400. So are they the same thing? Someone kindly explain this to me.
Thanks.
P.S. obviously expired. If I remember correctly the expiration date is 2005.
Quite possibly, on the assumption that consumers would not know how to interpret a DX code while it might be useful for photofinishers to know what film they were really dealing with. Of course APUG members are not generally typical consumers!
Not necessarily. The Fuji C200 still being made today and on sale on many countries, though not in the US as far as I know, still has much of the same style. The cassette is very similar and actually says "Fujicolor 200".
