Is coming home

Today we are starting on a journey to bring home a Durst Laborator 139 and sundries. The van is borrowed and the GPS is programmed.

On the way we will visit the Snow Castle in Kemi. I will try to get some nice pictures. The Rolleicord will come along of course. And also its fancy cousin from Japan. The city slicker who does not even need film.
As we then are only 40 km from Haparanda in Sweden, the missus somehow managed to get a visit to IKEA inserted in the schedule.
So all in all a 600 km, 2 days journey. The things we do for our hobbies

Hooray--a new enlarger. Its always exciting to take a road trip especially when it means new toys. Always keep the wife appeased, they hate feeling left out(and most feel way that when we are chasing our passion, and it isn't them)Besides, Ikea is a great place to get much needed accessories for (storage and the like)the darkroom.

We are back and with a bunch of equipment. Hooray indeed. Will make some photos of and put it up for all of you to admire.
No there is only the small matter of building the darkroom. Must wait for the snow to melt so I can empty out the storage and start converting.
