120 Fuji Reala is freely available in the U.K, but the 135 stuff is discontinued. Fuji seems to have a different policy from country to country and Fuji Japan probable leaves it up to the individual countrys film devision what it wants to import based on the sales figures.
Your'e quite right it's not imported, but the decision of what's going to be sold in which country based on the potential market for the product is a commercial decision that the company is entitled to make.Yes, but one cannot import stuff made in one's own country!
Is Japan a big film shooting country?
Amazing that Fujifilim is down to a single color negative film. Absolutely amazing. Why the heck don't they make Superia in 120?
They make both 160S and 400H in 120, as well as Reala which is not discontinued.
Superia 400 is available in 120 in the UK.
Superia 400 is available in 120 in the UK.
The Rollei Crossbird is actually a twisted C-41 film, so the DIY-people might add this film to the negative film listing.
Why shoot it all at once? It's gone. If you can stockpile some at this point do so, and spread it out in the future. Freeze it. Shoot it slowly thereafter. This summer is going to be the Summer of Reala for me.
