Has anyone heard of any problems using IR film with Ebony cameras? I've read that some camera bellows susceptible to IR light leakage and wondered if Ebony was one of them.

Why not ask Hiromi (Ebony Cameras) himself? I'm sure he will be happy to answer any questions.

yes. their universal (leather) bellows leaks IR (nasty IR fog experience with the Betterligh scanning back (sorry for the digital reference), which is very IR sensitive). moving to their normal leather bellows fixed the problem (or in an emergency, using a lens wrap to cover the bellows helped as well)
