Introduction & questions

Hello to all - my first visit. Nice to find such a resource.
My questions:
I'm in the process of setting up a darkroom again now we have settled after 4 house moves in 5 years...job related In my last darkroom, I used to produce Gelobrome prints which is an ink replacement process. My stock of chemicals is now well out of date - at least where repeatability is concerned and my paper stock is very low. I would really like to start up again so...

Where can I get chemicals and what legal restrictions have come into place in the last 5 years? I note Rayco are no more and a chemistry teaching friend tells me his school is no longer able to supply me because of health and safety restrictions in educational establishments.

Is it possible to buy Bromoil paper anymore? Kentmere are less than interested. Are there any silver rich non-supercoated papers out there?
Any suggestions/pointers would hugely useful.

Bergger do a bromoil paper and is stocked by Linhof Studios. No idea if it's what you're after though.
