Introducing myself..

Hi, my name is Amber. I joined the forum a little bitback (not too long ago), but am now just really getting back into film, and have been referred to come here

I'm in Tennessee, and I have started to really get interested in learning about film and the darkroom. I'm shooting mainly with a 35 mm camera, but also have a holga and a couple antique cameras that I have only played around with a few times. I'm very anxious to also get into the world of medium format photography.

I just took Cheryl Jacobs mentoring workshop in Denver (which was awesome btw!), and I think I was overly excited about learning about the darkroom and making my own prints. She was a wonderful teacher and I'm so glad I took that workshop.

I got some basic darkroom equipment for Christmas (early holiday gift I suppose..) and will be finished setting it up (in a spare bathroom) tomorrow. I look forward to learning more and talking to others about film and different equipment, techniques etc. It's nice to find a forum dedicated to film!
