Okay, let me ask my question again, perhaps more succinctly: Does anyone wish to share any interesting destinations in N. Utah (and Metro SLC) for photographic purposes, other than the ones mentioned in the previous thread? Off road destinations preferred and appreciated.

TIA,

Fred

Thanks, Robert, I have been up there once but didn't have the cameras with me. Might take a run up there this weekend.

Bear Lake is good. Plus there are countless photo opportunities throughout Logan Canyon, which is probably how you'll get there. Myself, I prefer a few less people around than a weekend in LC would afford, so I would also recommend Dry Canyon in Logan (off Center St/Mountain Rd). There are some really winning rock formations.
I've only lived in the area 3 months or so, but I hiked up there last week (sans camera, my loss). It depends on what you're looking for, by way of photographic purposes. If you like shooting landscapes, trees, rocks, water....or old buildings. We can be specific if you're specific.
