...that are mostly, or somewhat, or even just occasionally about Japan. This could include Facebook, Flickr, or other SNS groups. Again, I'll start the ball rolling, with some basic sites that are probably already known to most people in Japan, but still would be a good place for those looking for more information (or have somehow missed them).

After browsing APUG, I almost always check to see what's up on Japan Camera Hunter. I love the site, not only for the "What's in Your Bag" and "Show us your film" threads, but also for the book and zine reviews, and guest articles that show up on occasion.

I also like Tokyo Camera Style and would love to do something similar in Kyoto, but teaching gets in the way of that. And the related blog: Kenshukan

Another Tokyo-based site that I visit on occasion is Dead Link Removed.

I've also started my own blog, called Falling Off the Map, which is about film photography, travel, and Japan, and sometimes just random thoughts and ideas. Most of the photos there are from my iPhone, mainly because I haven't gotten around to printing and scanning the huge backlog of film I have waiting for me in the darkroom.

There aren't too many english speaking photographers actively blogging in Japan.
Alfie Goodrich is a commerical photographer based in Tokyo. He has workshops here and actively blogs.
I've met him for drinks before. Nice guy, but he's unfortunately not very interested in film anymore.
His workshops sound very interesting though.
