Instructions needed for Close-up kit for GS645

I hope someone has either a manual or instruction sheet, as the case may be, for the Close up Kit for the Fuji GS645; the folder. While it seems simple enough I am sure there is something useful I could learn from printed instructions. Alternatively, if anyone is familiar with this device and can offer advice I would also like to hear from them.

Will be glad to pay for a copy of the manual or instruction sheet.
