OK folks, let's try something ... this is a variation of the postcard exchange.

1. I'll need 10 people to sign up - post a message here and PM me your real name and address
2. Participants must use a Polaroid camera, or Fuji Instax camera, or any other instant print camera or any camera that uses instant film
3. Participants need to make 10 images - an entire pack of most instant films
4. Slap on a stamp and address label on the back of the instant prints and mail them out
5. That's it!

I think even instax photos are too small to be posted as postcards, at least in the UK. Minimum size is 3.5x5inches if i'm recalling correctly from Royal Mail's website.

I checked Canada Post for international rates - minimum size for postcards or letters is 140 mm x 90 mm (approx 5 1/2" x 3 1/2") so probably standard across the world.

Suggestion: stick print to a piece of 90mm x 140mm thin card scavanged from packaging (recycling), address card and slap stamp on card?

I've had quite a bit of mailing very small items through the post (including polaroids "as is") - much smaller than what the minimum is and they always make it through. I've always just stuck on the regular postage for a letter, and they'll arrive.

I just sent 43 Fuji Instax prints through the mail as postcards via Canada Post (I was in Toronto visiting) where the minimum size is larger than the Instax dimensions. Seems like they are starting to reach their destinations internationally.

So hopefully, you'll join in this print exchange. Instax isn't available in the US as far as I know, so I think it maybe a treat.

If I can find my stuff before you start, I might be in. I'm still unpacking. I had "help" packing from my parents and a friend, so I don't know where stuff is, yet. It's an adventure!
But I think this is a cool idea. I might be stuck with doing them with the Hassie, so they'd be small images.
