Ink Pattern Page & QTRgui

Helping friends print out the ink pattern page through QTRgui. I'm a mac user and my pattern page prints out each bar in its appropriate colour. When we print it out on their PC using QTR gui, each bar prints out the same magenta colour, with a bluish background. This cannot be right. Anybody know what is going on here? Thank you.

QTR behaves differently on a PC compared to a Mac.

You have to use the QTR GUI to print on a PC, and you have to make sure you're in "Calibration Mode" when you print out the ink bars, but not when you're printing actual images.

Thanks Greg, but they were are already doing that. They are trying to figure out why it's not printing properly. Could it possibly be because they are using Windows 8?
