Infrared Photos?

I'm just starting Large Format and want to shoot some Infrared. I have only seen 35mm and some 120 shots.
If you have any Infrared shots, 35mm 120 or even larger formats post them here so that everyone can have a look at your creative works! I have found that IR is a challenge to shoot but when you get it, the results look amazing!
I'll dig up a couple of mine and post them.

I have posted several IR shots here, taken on the new Rollei IR in 120 size and in 4x5 sheet size. I am an avid fan of the Rollei stuff.

Hmm - I just recently scanned some rediscovered 4x5 negatives taken in my roaring twenties. Don't know if that film could even be found today. I think I used an #89 filter (looks black unless you put a really bright light behind it).

Here is my first sot with IR. I developed it and printed it myself several years ago. (Yes it's a bad print, water stains etc.)
But I still like it.

Just by way of interest I have an article in the latest issue of Emulsion Magazine on IR in LF and ULF geared towards printing in platinum.

I have found the biggest issue I have with LF IR is keeping the film from getting fogged.

I have a couple of images in the gallery here on on my web site in IR as well.

None are in color. I have shot many color IR images, but I have since removed them from my site.

Most of the "color" you may see is the result of lith printing, or perhaps some hand coloring (only on the ir article as I recall), or from the platinum processes I use.

Lith printing is a great way to get a lot of color from monochrome images in the printing phase. It also helps with more difficult IR negatives due to the control over contrast and density of the negative.

That, too, is a lith print. IR and lith work so well together that it's almost a cliche!

Well I guess I'm just drawn to the Lith process. I'll be messing around with that for sure!

I've been using the Rollei 400 IR film with a kodak wratten 89B filter (same as r72). Thus far I just do an average metering at ISO 3 and develop in xtol 1:1 for 12 minutes. The film base is extremely thin and it's tough to avoid scratching it up when loading and unloading the holder.

IR-B&W Photography

I recently had an article and photos published in Canadian Camera magazine on Exploration in Infrared Photography
I have worked with Maco IR 820C which unfortunately isn't available anymore. Changed over to the Rollei 120 and feel I still need to do some work with it.

Thanks everyone for your replys. I did take a workshop on Infrared over the weekend. It wasn't very large and the instructor, although I know he knows his stuff, didn't teach very well. He was all over the place, more confusing than anything. Once we went out to shoot he loosened up. All and all a seven hour class with two hours shooting time. I bit too short for me. But it was my first experiance in a workshop and I still enjoyed it.
Oh yeah, the instructor gave us the wrong settings to dail in our cameras so everyones pictures came out real bad, mostly way too dark. I'd post them but they're not that great.
Anyway, thanks to all who responded to my post.

I have a few IR photos on my personal website (WARNING: Contains male nudity) - www.photographotica.com . The Kodak HIE shots are pretty obvious, but there are a few done with the Maco 820c IR on there as well which look more like traditional b/w than obvious Infrared.
