Please tell me what you know about the following developers and there possible use on modern films. I have found a large supply and want to know if it is worth using.

D-11, Hyfinol, Permadol, Isodol

And I have several cans of Foto Fine paper developer but tests with Ilford RC and Forte fiber just turned a strange red and seemed to be greatly accelerated by heat.

Roughly speaking, D-11 is halfway between D76 and Dektol. it is/was used for making half-tone negatives, electron microcope plates, and glass plates for projection.

If you have a lot of it, you can use it, diluted 1+4 ~ 1+10 or so to develop sheet films.

I used to use Hyfinol a lot for film. It claimed then to be able to do 25 rolls per quart without change of development time or replenishment. I never got to 25 rolls, but I never wore it out either. It got to looking so bad I threw it out.
