Industar 61 Disassembly Stuck

Hi all,

I hope someone might help. I got to the part where i'm trying to take the front elenent off but the retaining ring doesn't budge. If someone has experience with this, some info would be helpful. I've been trying to move the front ring as well, not the one that's inside, but neither of those cooperate. I don't know if it's me or something else.

Also, could anyone point out what type of black paint one ought to use to cover his tracks on the way out.

hummm are u using a flat screwdriver or a spanner wrench to remove that ring? The later gives you way more force to remove those rings.
