In search of Elements of Transition by Barry Thornton

I am trying to find Barry Thornton’s “Elements of Transition”, available in ebook.
So far, I know that a man named Andy Hollingsworth from AWH Imaging had taken over Thornton’s online shop around 2003. However, the website of AWH Imaging has also been closed. It seems that no one is selling the book online right now. Few others have searched this book on this forum, but it is unclear if they ever found it. I feel like we are witnessing a photographer’s piece of work slowly vanishing from history. Its disappearance is likely a matter of time, as long as the book remains inaccessible. Please join this treasure hunt! I am looking forward to any advices or information on how I (and favorably anyone) can get the book. Thank you!

By the way, Element of Transition is a guide book for digital monochrome fine prints, published around the early 2000s. It’s likely that many of the guides within are outdated due to the advancement in softwares, scanners, and printers. However, I am still curious about Thornton’s effort during the transitional era to digital printing. I am not sure if it contains photographs, but you can find his work in his other books.
