Imagon Lens Shade and ND filter

I just purchased a 250 Imagon in a Copal #3 shutter for doing portraits. It is missing the lens hood and 4x nd filter. The grilles that insert into the front are 55mm but are not threaded. Does someone know of a lens hood and/or a filter I can get that are slip in that would work on this?
