I have unearthed a box of this B+W printing paper - does anyone know if it is graded or multigrade, and how it compares to Ilfospeed or MG in terms of quality or speed please? Thanks

I'd suggest starting a "Conversation" with Harman Tech Service here on PHOTRIO. They may have access to some historical information.
Can you share a photo of the box and the label?

There is no other information on the box. From the product name and lack of information as to grade it might not even be regular printing paper but some special purpose product.
