The answer may turn on which packaging alternatives are normally carried by the distributor in your locality, which turns again on what your retailer tends to order, which turns again on what you and your fellow end users tend to look for from that retailer.
Even if it is normally not available in your locality, it may be possible for your retailer to place an order, but it also may take a while to have it filled.
