I have a number of Ilford Multigrade 500 diffuser enlarger heads and control systems for sale due to a Darkroom downsize.
They are all available with accessories and mounts according to your needs for Durst L1200 and Durst M805 all are in perfect working order and I have the light boxes and register plates for all sizes 35mm - 4x5. All are clean with Lamps and Filters.

These can be adapted to many different enlargers with different mount kits and light boxes, but the setups I have and know about are for the two Durst's. L1200 and M805.

Contact me with your requirements for photos/prices - Guide price is 280-350 Euros for basic working setup. I have many spares too so if you want individual items I probably have what you need. Alan

An eBay seller also reproduce exactly the Durst 138 adapter needed for using theses Ilford 500 head with the original Durst condensers so it is another option for those who have a Durst 138. You only need the medium format diffusion box (the short one with the stoppers near the end of the box, not the Beseler long boxes) and this will cover the 5x7 format with the right condensers.

Good luck with your sales. Durst L1200 is also a great system for 4x5.
 
I just bought a Omega condenser head and thought I felt fine with it. I wish I could buy this, but the budget is set for the coming month and these beauties will not last that long

I hope these heads end up somewhere where they will be loved and used
 
Well they are very nice and so convenient to use and were fitted to Omega's - They were I think over 1000 GBP so today they are a real good buy like most top end Darkroom gear that has been looked after.
 
Absolutely the mount kit would be impossible to find but on Omega D 5 very easy to make. The internal diffuser light boxes would also be an issue as they cannot go down far beyond the MG 500 as they do for other models. i have the heads and all else except mount kits and diffuser boxes. diffuser boxes can actually be very easily made depending on your skill. They are just tin plate boxes and diffused perspex with foil internal reflectors. There are not many better heads/sytems except the Ilford. Multigraph or Ilford 600 systems which are incredible but difficult to maintain now. there is a real expert for those in Germany but I don't know any others
