Ilford HP5+ compared with Kentmere 400 iso?

I'm using Kentmere 400 iso. Is it merely rebadged HP5+ or is it completely different? I've developed it in Rodinal Special and in Ilfosol 3. Is it worth the cheaper price compared to HP5+?

They are different emulsions.
